This pull request introduces a new FACE (Facial Analysis for Customized Education) feature to the StandOut Platform. The feature integrates proctored testing capabilities into the quiz assessment process and uses facial analysis to enhance personalized learning recommendations.

@RumaniSadhukhan170204 I can understand it involves a bit of work, but I will need the time till when you can do it. Also, I will have to close this PR, and you need to create another PR with the necessary changes- as per the rule that I can assign points to the PR done in 1 week only, and it is been more than a week so... Reply soon about when can I expect this to be done, though I can give about 2-3 days more maximum but would love to hear your take on this one
