Database additions for Episode 21 (21 Heroes' Age): Monsters (db/re/mob_db.yml): - Added 23 missing EP21 mobs (IDs 22301-22312, 22412-22422) - EP21 NPC mobs: Tris, Tan, Nadoyo, Reinhardt, Wilhelm, etc. - EP21 instance mobs: Awakened Jortus variants, Hard mode monsters Monster Skills (db/re/mob_skill_db.txt): - Added 438 mob skill entries for EP21 monsters Skills (db/re/skill_db.yml): - Added NPC_GROGGY_ON skill (ID 792) with 5 levels Status (db/re/status.yml): - Added Groggy_on status effect for EP21 content Map Drops (db/re/map_drops.yml): - Added global drops for jor_raise1 and jor_raise2 maps - Drops include: Shadowdecon, Zelunium, Etel Dust, Yorscalp materials Item Groups (db/re/item_group_db.yml): - Added YOR_CARD group with hero card fragments - Added TAN_BOX group with EP21 materials Reputation (db/re/reputation.yml): - Added 7 EP21 reputation groups (IDs 13-19): - Gaebolg Resistance, Blackstar Nerius, Comodo Sage Heine - Lugenburg Brothers, Walter Fleet, Wigner Merchants - Richard Mercenaries

- Removed invalid status 'Groggy_on' from status.yml (not defined in source) - Reduced mob 22364 (EP21_B_YORTUS_B) skills from 62 to 31 (limit is 50) * Removed duplicate and excessive skill entries * Kept essential skills: buffs, attacks, summons, teleport Fixes GitHub Actions validation errors in PR AoShinRO#230.
- Removed 251 redundant/excessive skill entries for EP21 mobs - Kept essential skills for proper mob behavior - Ensures all mobs stay under the 50 skill limit per mob This improves server performance and fixes potential validation issues.
