Added overload constructor that allows to overwrite the digitalWrite and pinMode functions used by the library. This way ezOutput can be used on top of other libraries that offer similar interfaces for setting outputs on for example SN74HC595 shift registers or PCF8574 I²C portextender chips.
This makes ezOutput compatible with any HW output than can be switched by a void (uint8_t pin, uint8_t level) function.
