No idea, I was told by someone in the discord to build against forge not neoforge.
I can revert the build.gradle back when I get home

done, both are in but neoforge is commented out (just in case)

This would be extremely useful, as someone who develops a packmod for a modpack where oculus is included. |
I added the features from Iris that allow for unknown shaders to function (usually)
This commit from Iris
and a couple after
I didn't change the build.gradle much as I don't know what versions you want in but the features are good
