Hi AKASH. Thank you for your contribution. The content looks fine, but it isn't quite suitable as an independent paragraph. Could you integrate it into the "Get started with AutoMQ" section as a prerequisite for the quick start?

Thanks for the feedback!, I’ve moved the prerequisites under the “Get
started with AutoMQ” section as suggested. Please let me know if anything
else is needed.

This PR adds a prerequisites section to the README to help
first-time users successfully run AutoMQ locally using
the Quick Start instructions.
