feat: Add new projects and images to resume

This pull request expands and updates the projects section in the src/data/resume.tsx file, adding several new projects and making minor corrections to existing project entries. The changes enhance the breadth and accuracy of the resume data, reflecting a wider range of technologies and more recent work.

New projects added:

• Added six new projects: "DeFi Stablecoin," "Ride Sharing," "NFT Collection," "ERC20 Token," "GameStore," and "PyTorch," each with detailed descriptions, technology stacks, and links to source code.
• Added two more projects: "Game Heaven" (AI-powered customer support chatbot for e-commerce) and "LibCode" (a data structures and algorithms library published on PyPi), including tech stacks and relevant links. [1] [2]

Project updates and corrections:

• Updated descriptions for "ChoreShare," "MyNotes," and "The Last Show" to improve clarity and consistency. Also updated the dates and technology lists for "The Last Show." [1] [2] [3]
• Replaced the previous "Game Heaven" project entry with a new "Lotion Plus" serverless notes app project, updating all relevant fields and technologies.
