This is a fix for issue 1.
The changes cause the code to look for an environment variable BAIR_ANATOMY_PATH before it uses /Volumes/server/Projects/Anatomy as the default location for putting new 3DAnatomy data for a subject. This should allow people who have mounted Acadia (or another computer) at a non-standard location to use the scripts. It also gives a more meaningful error now if the directory isn't found.
