We are doing a little bit of clean up:

Deleting Balmy services:
- Earn
- DCA
- Permit2
Deleting hardhat (the only test that used it was disabled)
Updated a few RPCs
Optimized balances calls so that it's only one RPC call, even for native token
Deleted Oku source (it used Balmy contracts)
Fixed Alchemy price source
