- checks negative spikes times for alignment error
- if there is no negative spike times, delete nwb and mat files and re-run conversion
- new command (replace-processed) to replace nwb and mat files in rds

To check if the nwb files have the sync problem (having no negative spike times), you can run the following command. After rerunning the conversion, you can replace the nwb and mat files in RDS with the following command. |
