Hi @hani-girgis (cc @ens-carlos), I was eventually able to compile Red.
I have added one more format for the exported repeat coordinates.
This is internally named FRMT_ONE and stands for 1-based inclusive coords, as used in Ensembl.
It can be requested with -frm 3 and produces files with .tsv extension.
