Support CentOS 9 Stream, Ubuntu Server 22.04 and Debian 11

This PR implements successful Packer builds and boot with VMware Fusion and Vagrant for CentOS 9 Stream, Ubuntu Server 22.04 and Debian 11.

Tested on Apple M1 Max running Ventura 13.4.1, Vagrant 2.3.6 and VMware Fusion Player Version 13.0.2.

As I mentioned in #6 (comment), the following changes have been made:

• Tidy README with dependencies needed and how to install them.
• Adding usage instructions with working Vagrantfile in each directory.
• Added *.auto.pkr.hcl for extra build customisation.
• Removed older distribution versions (Debian 10, Ubuntu Server 20, 21 etc).
• Removed Parallels build. I see in Contribution, plattforms and automatic builds #2 (comment) you're considering dropping support for it.
• Verify ISO checksums.
• Using data and scripts in each directory. This follows a similar structure to: https://github.com/vmware-samples/packer-examples-for-vsphere/tree/main/builds/linux

@dbrennand Been having a look at this today and testing, would you mind splitting this into separate PRs for each OS? It will just make reviews easier and better for tracking. Thank you :)
