For some cases the next_hop ip addresses are set to 255.255.255.255. This commit fix this issue. Fixed by @alistairking Example test case: `./tools/bgpreader -w 1444498440,1444498560 -t updates -c route-views.saopaulo|grep 255.255.255.255`
