Due to nesting of loops, order was based on file order instead of user-specified order in the
spam_list.This is just a quick fix, we should eventually follow up with a rewrite using xarray and labelled dimensions for all involved datasets.
I've also changed the revenue loss plot to use pcolormesh instead of contourf, because the mesh plot preserved more information in the presence of larger data gaps.
