Initial version of Arcadia building on ETHGlboal BKK

Three parts:

1. Hero contract: initial, save and loading the hero information from onchain contract.
2. Mobile application: simple multi-player onchain and online game
3. Infra: AirAccount and ETHPaymaster which published in Instabul ETHGlobal Hackathon and ETHTaipei Hackathon.
