ORKNavigableOrderedTask composed of:

  1. ORKFormItem (personal information)
  2. ORKQuestionStep using ORKAnswerFormat with single choice answers (asking for skin types)
  3. ORKQuestionStep using ORKAnswerFormat with multiple choice answers (asking for skin goals)
  4. ORKQuestionStep using ORKBooleanAnswerFormat (asking allergies) + ORKPredicateStepNavigationRule to skip allergy description if no allergy
  5. ORKImageCaptureStep to upload a selfie
  6. ORKCompletionStep to complete the survey
