Referenced Issue: N/A - Web Socket Feature

Description of changes

  • Added WebSocket integration for real-time updates between professor and student views.
  • Enables live pausing/resuming of polls, question navigation, and instant chart updates.
  • Replaces previous polling logic for a more responsive and interactive experience.

NOTES

  • build wont compile because need to address linting issue
  • kept testing file for load testing (300+ users submitting a response)

Run a local build first to ensure everything is working
