This looks basically perfect, the only change I'd make is that right now the filter starts open by default. I'd change it to have the filter closed until you click the filter button. Otherwise I'm ready to approve!

This looks great! There are a few issues that I also mentioned in the order-results PR - might be best to fix those issues here and then merge into the order-results branch. Otherwise this should be ready to merge
