Add a Obelisk version identifier that can be accessed with the obelisk shell commands #129
Description
When we start to make real releases I think it would be nice to be able to check what version you have installed the most logical way to do this would be to have a command like
obk --version
or something similar. Then with every version that we release we can make sure that we update the version tag.
Not entirely obvious to me how we store this version number - maybe it is an environment variable that we setup in the main setup script.
It would be good to add this before the alpha release #119.
