Using apprise we have the option to support notifications for whatever the library supports. It's as simple as keeping a list of URLs for each service a user wants notifications for. Supporting this library shouldn't require much effort as the API is stupid simple. The only tricky thing is that this project should become a python package (on pypi would be awesome) instead of a simple script since we now have an external dependency.
