Motivation

Document an implementation plan for a personal assistant that learns from PDFs and websites and conducts voice conversations, to guide development of ingestion, retrieval, and voice interaction components.

Description

Add agent-bot-plan.md containing the project goal, core capabilities, suggested architecture (PDF/website ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector store, RAG), voice layer (STT/TTS), recommended tech stack, data flow, safety considerations, MVP milestones, and stretch goals.

Testing

No automated tests were run; this is a documentation-only change.
