*This change modifies our
initialize_telemetrymethod so that it runs an initial API key validation check to obtain the organization ID and organization namespace.Context
*This change was necessary because without it users would have to manually configure their organization namespace to match the organization ID minted through the UI, which would lead to a clunky and inconsistent experience along with data consistency issues.
