Custom Slider Framework is a framework designed to make it simple and easy to apply sliders to your Sims.

Drag and drop everything directly into your "The Sims 4/Mods" folder

Delete the existing files from previous versions if they exist!

The final paths for the files should be the following:

The Sims 4/Mods/cn_customsliderframework.package
The Sims 4/Mods/cn_customsliderframework.ts4script
The Sims 4/Mods/cn_customsliderframework_default_sliders.package
