Yes, exactly, #11 is not merged yet, because we want to separate checks for specific protocols. |

This PR adds the "L2 sequencer liveness" and "incorrect oracle decimals assumption" vulnerabilities to the checklist. I consider adding more, will also provide a blog post - opened the PR to get the ball rolling, I plan on using the checklist myself so would love to contribute to it
