feat!: change conversion tasks to cps api

This PR has breaking changes as it matches new version of DS, namely:

• Convert document now calls cps api instead of ccs api, simplifying the flow
• Conversion settings have been simplified, now we initialize conversion settings object and change it to our desire (more info in documentation)
• Convert documents now only accepts a single document, for batch of documents please use DS
