What does this PR do?
Adds the missing options of the actions to the README of the repo.
Motivation
While setting it up I noticed that running tests with job matrix generates a ton of summaries and until I found #45 I thought it was not possible to remove them. Having that option in the README would help everyone understand better how to use the action.
