This PR removes unused files to improve maintainability and reduce clutter. These files were identified as either obsolete or redundant due to recent refactors.
Deleted Components:
CombineTransform: deeplay/components/gnn/mpn/ct.pyThe functionality previously provided by
CombineTransformis already covered byCombineLayerActivation, and we encourage its use moving forward for clarity and consistency.
