This is HCL(HashiCorp Configuration Language) Language commonly known as Terraform language it is used to create Infrastructure as a code(IAAS). Mostly used in Hybrid Cloud to Create infrastructure on the cloud.
So this code does not create any infrastructure because I have not configured it. it is for "Hello World" so not included infrastructure code.
