By default the polling rate is set to 30 second. Personally I had a REST sensor poll every 300 seconds. Now the user can choose their polling rate when creating their instance and then can change it later through the settings menu. This polling rate is used for all entries of the integration.
Before merging I'd love for someone to test out the changes to a sure I included everything that was needed.
