This pull request includes significant changes related to project workflow automation and cleanup of IntelliJ IDEA configuration files. The most notable addition is the setup of a GitHub Actions workflow for publishing the project to Maven repositories. Additionally, numerous IntelliJ IDEA configuration files have been removed to simplify the project structure and eliminate unnecessary metadata.
