Regenerate bun.lock after bumping @vitejs/plugin-react
This dependency bump changes apps/web/package.json to @vitejs/plugin-react@^5.1.4, but bun.lock still pins the workspace to @vitejs/plugin-react: "^4.5.2" and resolves 4.7.0 (bun.lock:64, bun.lock:1036), so the lockfile is out of sync. In this repo, CI installs with bun install --frozen-lockfile (.github/workflows/ci.yml:24 and repeated in other jobs), and Bun documents --frozen-lockfile as “Disallow changes to lockfile”, so this commit will cause install/CI failures until the lockfile update is committed alongside the package.json change.
