Why do I get a "Must issue a STARTTLS command first" error?

A TLS (Transport Layer Security) connection is encrypted and requires authentication. EmailPro only issues the STARTTLS command if it detects a username. Be sure that you're passing a $_account_name value either through the global configuration for EmailPro or in the send script's parameters.
