All your shit in one place.
Got hundreds of unfinished demos rotting in your FL Studio projects folder? Tired of digging into each one just to hear what that “idea_v3_final_fixed.flp” actually sounds like? Fruity Server is here to fix that mess. It scans your project directory, finds every render, and gives you a slick web interface where you can instantly play back your tracks — no FL Studio, no opening folders, no pain.
With Fruity Server, all your demos live in one place, ready to explore. Just click a project to play the latest render or dive into older versions with a waveform visualizer that makes scrubbing through your music a joy. It’s like a personal SoundCloud for your chaotic FL Studio vault — only faster, cleaner, and fully yours.
- Player with waveform visualization and draggable playhead for scrubbing and seeking.
- Directory scanner that reads multiple project folders (user-addable) instead of a single default.
- Serve media files per-folder (media URLs include folder name) with streaming/range support.
- Read file metadata such as creation/modification time and file size.
- Extract FL Studio
.flpmetadata where possible (BPM, FL Studio version, artist/author). - Simple search with filters (by folder, name).
- UI for adding/removing/configuring project directories; settings persisted in a simple JSON config (no database).
- Endpoint to list available folders and to list projects within a selected folder.
- Secure path resolution and validation to prevent directory traversal and serve only configured folders.
