As @alex-Symbroson said in #277, the solution to the issues surfaced by
npm auditdoes seem to be to justnpm audit fix. I did this and tested and didn't see any issues. But my evaluation might not be adequate.I also did
npm updateto bring sub-dependencies up to date.A ton of changes were made to the package-lock.json file and none were made to package.json.
I think this a good PR but it might help for others to test as well.
