1. Please move all the new code in lib to the project samples_patterns. We don't need a new project for this sample code. You can put the code in the new directory: samples_patterns/lib/page_transitions/
2. Please move the stories code from interactions_stories.dart to samples_patterns/stories/page_transitions_stories.dart
3. Test that the new stories load as expected using Monarch.
4. Test that a few of the existing samples_patterns stories load as expected using Monarch.
