Hi, I added support for MerquryFK output in the EAR report generator.
Is this of interest?

Is anyone using MerquryFK? Are you guys using it?
I will test it and merge it asap (I will be abroad with meetings in the coming days).
Maybe we can think about adding some refinements to the EARs in November...

NBIS/SciLifeLab uses it, but so far the others have been redoing the plots with Merqury.
I believe Sanger also uses MerquryFK, and @mcshane has a version version of the original script that is adapted for MerquryFK too.
