Lots of hap dups. I have done some extra curation. See my savestate.
SUPER_8: 20 Mb to end is complicated - many apparent seg dups, lower coverage. Not sure what to do. 22.4, 22.1e, 22.7...
SUPER_17 beginning . repeat region. not 100% sure about order but can leave it for now.
