Added ProjectModule Node subclass. Added ProjectRelease Node subclass. Updated TaxonomyTerm. Not all taxonomy terms are built the same. E.g. some have no description because they are very basic (e.g. Drupal core version attached to a ProjectRelease.)

Allows for requesting paged resource lists such as lists of modules, etc.
However, #2 and #3 should be merged in before this one.
