Poetry uses a way different configuration schema.
This PR updates the schema to the new config, since
poetry checktold me that everything was deprecated.This also fixes a problem where packages such as
yt-dlpweren't being updated (yt-dlpdoesn't work anymore if older than a mid-2025 version because of YouTube changes).
