Adds a fantom support. To run yo can use the public fantom node: https://rpc.ftm.tools/

On the first look code looks fine, I'm testing this locally with Ethtx lib, if everything is ok, will merge.

Tries to run this locally, look like we need archive node with debug_traceTransaction option, which is not enableb on those public nodes. Will come back tomorrow with more info.

Yeah, @piotr-rudnik Lmk if you have a fantom node and chose to add this. QuickNode has archive nodes. Would also love to help you add other networks if you have ones you need.

@decanus thanks a lot for helping out! So, we can't really set our node or use one of the paid ones, mainly because of the costs and maintenance required, but we will ask Fantom Foundation if they are willing to expose one of their nodes with those options enabled for us to use in ethtx.info. About other chains, sure! If there is an option to add them here for community usage, we would love to do it, but again, we need to have access to an archive node with specific options enabled, that's the main problem limiting us.
