Removed Packages
@tabler/icons-react
motion

Reason:
Replaced @tabler/icons-react with @phosphor-icons/react, which provides a more flexible, modern icon set with built-in support for weight, color, and style variations.

Dropped motion in favor of the official framer-motion package, which is more widely adopted and better documented.
