This PR fixes Buttons and Scrollbars Starting as the base color (img.color) when first created by applying the color values with a fade duration of 0 first.
the concept was tested on staging as the issue occured with the new button color system, but didn't show up if the fadeDuration was manually set to 0.
from my limited research it didn't seem like there was a proper way to fix this as the tween is started internally within the Selectable.
