What should I do with my filled in template?

What if I have multiple scenarios for one pathway?

An example of this is when you are measuring the biotransformation of one compound in different soil types. If you encounter this issue, copy and paste the original scenario tab, and rename the tab with an "_2" or "_3" up to 10 different scenarios.

For example: if you tested the biotransformation of caffeine in three different soils, you should have three copies of the scenario tab in the template, each labeled "Scenario_Soil" , "Scenario_Soil_2" and "Scenario_Soil_3".

What if the reaction I want to report has one reactant and two or more important transformation products?

You don't need to report minor products (e.g. CO2 or H2O), but in the case of some hydrolysis or cleavage reactions, there can be two important transformation products. In this case, please copy and paste the columns "Product" and "Product_SMILES" to the right of the table in the Connectivity tab, and add the additional transformation product(s).

Do I get money for filling out the template?
