After finishing cfRNA-meta analysis manuscript, we are implementing scripts that might be useful for the analysis of LiquiDx data into snakeDA.
I'm also trying to keep snakeDA as general as possible while still being able to reproduce cfRNA-meta results.
Some changes specific to the cfRNA-meta should be implemented on this side.
Main changes:
Other small RNAsbiotype category for some datasets, and demonstrated that this originates fromMT tRNAs, so we have added a separate category for that biotype.
