Update Manifest

Updated manifest.

Things of note

• Wasn't sure what freecadmin version was appropriate,
  since the current version should be pinned by a release
  first, I'd leave it off and set it afterwards.
• FYI 'description' are summaries / TLDRs, they should be short / minimal.
• Regarding dependencies, as mentioned, the included plugins should
  probably be separates repos & addons that would be listed as dependencies.
