Docker Bootstrap is removed from the image since it is not anymore required by the provisioner.

Minimum Linux OS that contains all packages to provision a Kubernetes cluster with Docker

• Derived from CentOS-7-x86_64-GenericCloud-1603
• Install Docker
• Bootstrap Docker service daemon
• Install net-tools, bridge-util
• Writes zeros to all empty space on the volume to allows for better compression of the physical file containing the virtual disk.
