First full release

After a lot of fixes, I'm releasing the first official version of SFX Music Maker (aka SFX Tracker)

• A lot of code size optimizations
• Drum machine implementation - displaying in TAB editing mode, SFX names instead of notes, for SFX with DFD modulation
• Implementation of the IO->NEW option
• Getting rid of address conversion in SFX engine
• Fixes to data memory allocation and access
• Final version of SFX engine
• API for MadPascal
• Extra keyboard shortcuts
• Clipboard for SFX and TAB modules
• Update documentation

Release Candidate 1

This is the pre-release version.
It seems that you can already try to create sounds, patterns and songs. Save and load.
There are still a few things left to do.
