remove WIP from readme

it's not so WIP anymore

I’d say it’s still a work in progress because:

• The code quality is quite bad, a lot of this needs a rewrite (maybe using React or something instead of vanilla JS)
• Bedrock support is a bit lacking, I need to update it to use bedrock-protocol
• I have ideas for major features like web sharing that I’ve hardly even started on yet
• There are probably plenty of bugs I don’t know about

So while it’s definitely usable now I’d say it’s still a work in progress

I think I'll merge it once I switch to https://github.com/PrismarineJS/bedrock-protocol for Bedrock support, because currently a major feature (Bedrock support) is just broken/outdated
