Fundamentally, this version bump changes nothing about the functionality of the gem from 0.0.15. But, there was a Server Error when uploading two gems, and they were yanked from RubyGems. When a gem is yanked, its version number cannot be reused. So, this PR re-releases all of the gems in order to maintain version number consistency.
