Hi @fhelfer ,
could you please move the code to the BackgroundTasks component and remove the wording "Soap" from the setup agent and the objective?
UPDATE: An agent already exists -> \ilBackgroundTasksSetupAgent

Introduced a new SetupObjective that allows administrators to start a BackgroundWorkerTask via the command line.
This is especially useful when the BackgroundWorker queue is stuck and new asynchronous tasks can no longer be started through the GUI.
Originally inspired by Mantis #45683.
