Currently failing due checks due to some includes in phnx messages and poly planner, namely rosidl_default_generator. CV imports fail due to numpy 😭 |

Testing what is different between the two branches and debating what else is needed!
Currently the mechanical team has politely reminded us that we have changed the teeth on the motor so the speed calculation needs to be updated. Not sure which repo that is
